Summer Haskap Berry Yogurt Popsicles

  1. Add the honey to the yogurt and mix.
  2. Divide the yogurt evenly into two bowls. In one of the bowls, add the Pure Haskap Berry Powder and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add a spoonful of the plain yogurt to the popsicle mold, followed by some of the haskap yogurt. Continue this process until the molds are filled.
  4. Place the mold into the freezer and leave until fully frozen (about 5 hours).
  5. Once frozen, melt the chocolate and prepare the nuts. Add the coconut oil to the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave or on the stove. Place the chopped nuts on a plate.
  6. Slowly dip the popsicles into the melted chocolate and then lightly press onto the chopped nuts on both sides. Continue for all the popsicles.
  7. Drizzle any remaining chocolate over the popsicles.
  8. Enjoy!
