Refund policy

If you believe you have received a product that is under our high-quality standards, please contact us at info@haskalife.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You may return damaged and defective products and products that you believe are under our high-quality standards for a full refund or replacement if the products are unopened within fourteen days of receipt. Please note that we need proof of receipt to process returns and refunds

Returns process;
  1. Please email retail@prairiehillfarmsltd.com or call 1-800-417-0734 with your order number and details of which product(s) you would like to return.
  2. Customer Services will send you an RMA form.
  3. Please complete the RMA form, and return it to the below-listed address with the products you wish to return for refund or replacement. Please ensure that you receive proof of postage.

  4. We will refund or replace your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. If your card has expired in the meantime you need to email us at retail@prairiehillfarmsltd.com to arrange a different refund method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
