Start every morning right with this simple yet powerful smoothie, loaded with antioxidants!
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 sachet (or 2 tsp) Haskalife Pure Haskap Berry Powder
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup milk (your choice – dairy or plant-based)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- (optional) 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, or to taste
- Add milk and yogurt to your blender.
- Follow with berry powder, banana and frozen fruit.
- Finish with sweetener, if using.
- Blend until smooth.
