Classic Haskap Berry Smoothie

Start every morning right with this simple yet powerful smoothie, loaded with antioxidants!

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 sachet (or 2 tsp) of Pure Haskap Berry Powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup milk (your choice – dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • (optional) 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, or to taste

 Instructions

  1. Add milk and yogurt to your blender. 
  2. Follow with berry powder, banana and frozen fruit. 
  3. Finish with sweetener, if using.
  4. Blend until smooth. 
  5. Enjoy!
